Executive Team

JOHN LAMAY

Mr. LaMay is President of SIUPREM, Inc. and Chief Financial Officer of SIU. He is responsible for leading the SIUPREM team in pursuit of continued growth, development and profitability. In addition, he is responsible for leading the financial team overseeing all accounting and financial reporting for SIU and its affiliated companies. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Georgia State University. He spent five years in the banking industry and worked as an accountant for a small MGA prior to joining SIU in 1991.

RICK SHEPPARD

Mr. Sheppard is the Vice President of SIUPREM, Inc. Along with overseeing Operations, Sales and Compliance, he is responsible for the profitable growth of SIUPREM. Prior to joining the organization in 1994, he spent a number of years in the military. He has a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Kennesaw State University and over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry.

YVETTE CREAVALLE

Mrs. Creavalle is the Assistant Vice President of Operations for SIUPREM, Inc. She is responsible for overseeing all the day to day operations of SIUPREM, and their departments; Customer Service, Account Administration and Collections. Her daily challenges include making sure all processes are completed timely and accurately, and troubleshoot any problems along the way. She has been in the insurance industry for over 25 years with emphasis in the financial side. She started with SIU in 1996.
